Financial and planning offices during the pandemic

NUAS Economy will arrange this online seminar focusing on how Nordic universities have been financially affected by the Corona pandemic. Perspectives and reflections from the different Nordic countries will be presented and we will also discuss experiences of working from home and how financial and planning offices has tackled that challenge — what are the disadvantages and advantages of this situation and what are the lesson learned?

The seminar will be held from 13:00–15:00 on 28 January.

13:00-14:00 The financial situation for our Nordic universities at the start of 2021
During this session five speakers, each one representing one of our Nordic countries, will give a short presentation on how the Corona pandemic has affected our universities financially.

14:00-14:15 Short break

14:15-15:00 Panel discussion – a planning/financial office working at home
The speakers from our opening session will during this panel discussion tell us a little bit more about their experience of working from home trying to solve all assignments of a planning/financial office.

This event is free of charge for anyone working at a NUAS member institution.
