We are proud to introduce this year’s PLA participants, representing all five Nordic countries. Their first meeting took place at Aalborg University, where the focus was on Leading Self — a theme that challenges leaders to look inward, understand their strengths, and build the resilience needed to lead sustainable change.
It was an inspiring start to the programme filled with openness, reflection, and a strong commitment to personal growth.
