The 2nd seminar for participants in the NUAS Program for Leaders in Administration was held at Helsinki University. The theme was Change Management; what is the role of the leader in organizational change, how to support the work community in the change and resilience of the leader in the change
Sari R. Mikkola ,PLA planning group member and her collegue Mella Mattila set up a vivid and interesting program. The participants learned from specialists at the Helsinki University and had the option, of course, to go for a Finnish Sauna and swim!
The group enjoyed a very lovely dinner at the University of Helsinki Library – a beautiful place and memorable.
The third PLA seminar will be at Karlstad University, Karlstad Sweden where the topic is: Daring Leadership in the Uncertain World of Work.
