On 15-16 June 2026 the NUAS Programme for leaders in Administration cohort of 2019-2020 met in Turku, Finland, for a reunion hosted by Åbo Akademi University.
The event opened with a welcome from Åbo Akademi Rector Gunilla Widén and included sessions led by Senior Advisor Sidsel Valmot from the University of Oslo on core qualities, talents, and leadership pitfalls (The Core Quality Quadrant by Daniel Ofman). Participants also engaged in action learning, peer discussions, and a case study on service concept change presented by the University of Helsinki.
The gathering provided a welcome opportunity to reconnect with colleagues from across the Nordic countries and to strengthen the network built during the PLA programme. The participants thank Tapani Harkila, Financial Director at Åbo Akademi University, for a well-organised seminar.
The group’s alumni seminar for 2027 will be hosted by UiT, The Arctic University of Norway.
