The question, how to work and lead when we all work from home, has now been more crucial than ever. How to make your team to work as one, when everyone is working remote?
Kristina Palm will give a talk “To work and lead at a distance”. To be a good leader you need to understand the conditions for the ones working at a distance, whether it is at home or at another campus.
Kristina Palm, associate professor at KTH, researcher at Karlstad University and Karolinska Institutet researches various aspects of working life, often with a focus on the individual’s work situation. In recent years, Kristina has primarily researched the impact of digitalisation on working life, including how people handle the boundary between work and other life and, on the other hand, the impact on the working environment. Right now she is responsible for a research project that deals with COVID-19’s effects on working from home.
We start with Kristina Palm’s talk, continue with questions you may have and then we will divide us into breakout rooms for discussions.
Come, join us to listen, discuss and change experiences, and best practices how to create ONE team on-line!
