Over thirty NUAS administrative leaders gathered this week at the University of Iceland and attended the first seminar of five via the Program for leaders. The University of Iceland reports that ” in addition to meeting up at the University of Iceland, the participants will meet in four other NUAS host universities during a span of 13 months. This year’s theme is Sustainable work life in Nordic universities, focusing on the role and responsibility of the administrative leader to create and maintain a sustainable work life in Nordic universities. Emphasis is placed on diversity and inclusion, change management, You, as a leader, and how to attract and retain talent in university central administration.”
