Recruiting highly skilled staff to small Nordic universities is no easy task.
How universities go about doing this is important for the outcome, and for how universities are able to compete in national and international
labour markets, and further develop as professional and academic organizations.
In the webinar, we look into how two Nordic universities have chosen to do this, some of the benefits and challenges that follow and the
importance of a close collaboration between HR and the academic organization.
The webinar is hosted by UiT the Arctic University of Norway (www.uit.no) and Mid Sweden University (www.miun.se), and lasts for one hour,
with some time for questions and comments.
