• Ingvild Bjelland will present the UH-SAK Project. She is a Senior Adviser from Bergen
University is responsible for the Records Management in the project. She will talk about how
the Norweigian University Sector has mapped their business processes in order to build
automated workflows and facilitate the record management.
• Ola Ljungkrona and Johan Planmo are Enterprise Architects at Gothenburg University. Since
2009, Swedish authorities have been required to have a process-based information
management according to the regulations from the National Archive, but the University of
Gothenburg has gone from talking about processes to instead talking about capabilities and
has merged the archive's classification structure with the IT capability architecture. They will
talk about why this was done and what consequences it has for the information management.
