Section Manager Johan Løberg Tofte – presentation of the speaker:
Johan Løberg Tofte is Section Manager at Unit for HSE and emergency preparedness at University of Oslo. Johan has been at the University of Oslo for six years. He is a former Instructor in the Armed Forces, has a teaching degree, and has further education in organization and leadership. Before Johan Løberg Tofte started at the university he was the county emergency preparedness manager in Oslo and Akershus. He has handled numerous crises and has been the exercise leader for several regional crises’ exercises.
