From managing online conversations to responding to new social trends\, digital tools are reshaping how organisations connect with their audiences — and the responsibilities that come with it. \nNUAS events are open for employees at all NUAS member institutions.  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Professor and Vice Dean Vilma Luoma-aho from the Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics\, Finland introduces the Digital Media-Arena (DMA) Framework\, developed by Badham et al. (2022\, 2024) which identifies 14 digital spaces where communication happens today — from the internal chats to global social platforms.
