The first output is a mapping the European landscape of institutional publishing. Discover the upcoming report’s insights\, particularly on Diamond Open Access (OA) – a model where electronic publications are freely accessible without charges for authors or readers. \n– Publicera: Learn about the national platform for open access Swedish scholarly journals\, started by the National Library of Sweden in 2021. She has worked on open access publishing since 2015\, and understands that reaching audiences requires high-quality publications\, availability via digital archives and repositories\, and tailored marketing and communications. \nRamana Fragola joined the National Library of Sweden in 2022\, where she has helped promote and develop the nascent Publicera platform. She works with the National Library’s mission to coordinate\, monitor and promote collaboration in Sweden’s work for open access to scholarly publications. \nOpen Access adviser/Academic Librarian Jan Erik Frantsvåg has worked at the UiT university library with Open Access since 2006. He comes from the IT (2001-2003) and finance departments (1993-2000\, 2003-2006) of UiT\, and knows NUAS from those years. He has worked in various OA projects\, and as part of teams serving UiT’s institutional repository Munin and the publishing infrastructure Septentrio Academic Publishing\, he has also done research on some aspects of OA publishing. \n  \n
