DESCRIPTION:NUAS HR group has prepared a webinar that will take place on May 31st 2023 at 11:00-12:00 (Norwegian/Swedish/Danish time)\nPlease register here. \nRecruiting highly skilled staff to small Nordic universities is no easy task.\nHow universities go about doing this is important for the outcome\, and for how universities are able to compete in national and international\nlabour markets\, and further develop as professional and academic organizations. \nIn the webinar\, we look into how two Nordic universities have chosen to do this\, some of the benefits and challenges that follow and the\nimportance of a close collaboration between HR and the academic organization.\nThe webinar is hosted by UiT the Arctic University of Norway (www.uit.no) and Mid Sweden University (www.miun.se)\, and lasts for one hour\,\nwith some time for questions and comments. \nPlatform for the webinar will be Teams. \n(Note that confirmation for registration comes from the sender Menntaský\, please check your spam/\njunk mail.
