Research support units\, administrative staff working in research security\, HR-staff\, security advisors\, strategic advisors for management etc. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Ulla Kær Olesen is an experienced legal advisor with extensive expertise in drafting\, negotiating\, and managing research collaboration and technology transfer agreements on behalf of Aalborg University. Her work supports a university internationally recognized for excellence in technical and engineering research\, where the ability to navigate both open academic environments and more restricted research settings is essential. In addition to her contractual and advisory work\, Ulla plays a central role in strengthening Aalborg University’s approach to research security and export control compliance. She has substantial experience assisting university leadership and researchers in identifying and mitigating risks associated with international research partnerships\, sensitive technologies\, and regulatory requirements. Her contributions have been instrumental in the development and implementation of Aalborg University’s compliance program\, which includes targeted initiatives and legal measures designed to uphold security standards and support responsible\, high-integrity research practices. \n  \n  \n  \n  \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				For whom?
